Free cancellation up to 24 hours before picking up your car. Cancellations only by email.
In case that you will not be able to pick the car without previous cancellation we will charge you 20€.
If due to an unexpected event you know you can’t collect the car 23 hours before your booking, only 20€ will be charge as management costs.
You can pay with all major credit cards or debit MASTERCARD or VISA.
Secure payment system in place.
Don’t need to pay the surcharge of 4.95€ for paying with credit cards.
2. Pay at our offices desk.
We offer you the possibility to pay the total of your booking in our offices when you pick up the car.
Things to keep in mind
It is important to take into account that if you decided to make the payment at the desk a process will be initiate that may take certain time depending on the type of fare you've chosen, (Low cost, Full/Full, Premium). In addition to this, it is important that you know that accepted form of payment in our offices is with VISA or MASTERCARD Credit Card which must be in the name of the main driver. In the case of having only debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD will be accepted), you must hire our coverage Premium at the desk.
¡Important! Don’t forget that when you pay with a credit card at our desk a credit card charge will be made of 4,95€.
