However, despite the fact that the money return is performed immediately bear in mind that the returns outside of Spain may take 2 to 3 days to be reflected in your bank account. Within Spain, depending on the bank, can be immediate or reflected in 2 or 3 days after the return.
The cancellation of the reservation is free of charge until 24 hours before the date and time established to pick up the car. In case of an unforeseen event, if cannot be able to pick up the car after 24 hours, you must send an email to the email address specified above to cancel your reservation.
